A native Oregonian, Attorney Donald Molnar became a member of the Oregon State Bar in 2005. He is experienced at representing clients in criminal prosecutions, administrative hearings, Professional licensing matters, domestic relations, and appeals. Donald practices throughout the Portland metropolitan area and surrounding counties.
Attorney Donald Molnar has taken a special interest in defending driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII) cases. He is a member of the National College of DUI Defense, an organization committed to the highest quality representation of citizens accused of DUI. He has extensive scientific training in the defense of DUI cases and will achieve his certification in the administration of standardized field sobriety testing in August 2011.
